Cancellation Policy
Customers cannot cancel 24 hours within their scheduled appointment time or they will be charged. If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment please contact us 24 hours before your appointment time. We cannot refund or credit back to you if the cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Due to COVID-19,
If you feel ill on the day of your session, there is no penalty for canceling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness but please let us know as soon as you are notice any signs of your sickness. This will help our therapists manage their schedule. If you show up with sick we have the right to cancel the service and the right to charge you for the service.
